Coach European stores

Coach approached Planarama to execute their design for four of their European stores in London’s Bond Street, Regent Street, and White City, and their Calle Serrano store in Madrid. The same design had to be produced in three ways to suit the different windows and specific constraints at Westfield White City, which don’t allow glass neon in the building.

The different results were all striking, with Coach’s branding brilliantly illuminated in either Coach red or Coach yellow. We decided to go with a glass neon mounted onto clear acrylic for their Bond Street flagship store in order to allow light into the store while also allowing shoppers to be able to see inside.

Brilliant Neon, a specialist in customised neon signage, was responsible for manufacturing the signs. The company worked closely with Planarama to create the range of signs that would reflect the Coach's unique style.
